Rachel (she/her) and Estefan (he/they) met while founding the Enchanté Network—a national capacity building network for Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ Centres across Canada. Both serving as Executive Directors for regional 2SLGBTQ+ centres at the time, the potential as a team just felt clear—and vital.
